What is Biodynamic ?

Biodynamic agriculture and food production is a special type of ecological farming, with extra demands regarding animal welfare, closed nutrient cycles and ecology. Biodynamic farming was first developed in the1920s and stood at the cradle of the organic movement. Biodynamic products can be recognized by the Demeter label.

Not quite! Many wineries use animal products in the fining and fertilization processes of winemaking. 

We’re talking egg whites, gelatin, fish bladders, and milk proteins – all used to clarify the wine. Lots of vineyards also use animal products in their fertilizers, like fish emulsion, blood, and bone meal.

- Why do I still have to wait for my delivery?
Our delivery times are 5 to 10 days, the tracking of your package is precise and you are regularly informed of the status of your order by email.
To offer you the best of France, we store our bottles directly in the cellars of Château Les Graves de Viaud.
Your package is tailor-made at a very economical price, so we have chosen to save money, to dispense you with personalized boxes, tissue papers and other packaging, pleasant certainly, but neither really necessary nor very ecological. Your order is operably packaged (in black to protect it from light) without rustling, logo, box or paper bags: here only the BOTTLE you have chosen counts. We worked HARD to bring it to you, delivered to your door, at the best price as possible !
IN CASE OF A WAITING OF +15 DAYS, PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT WAITING AT THE POST OFFICE BEFORE CONTACTING US TO TRIGGER A "TRACKING" ALERT.

2. QUALITY

- My BOTTLE has a default?
Our BOTTLES are patiently selected and checked. We also want to offer you excellent value for money and regular promotions. It is possible that a fault has escaped our control, we are sincerely sorry. Please take a picture of it and send us your comment to boutique@lacolombine.fr, it helps us to improve, to improve our service. Depending on the analysis of the defect, we will offer you a total or partial refund in the form of a GIFT VOUCHER.
